I checked out as a guest...how do I check my order status?
You should have received an email from us asking if you wanted to register your email as an account. Click on the provided link and create a password. Now you can check status, submit inquiries and request exchanges/returns.
How do I submit a customer service issue?
Please log in to your account and go to View Order Status. Please enter a message and our customer service department will address you through our Website.
How do I process a Return or Exchange request?
Please log in to your account and go to View Completed Orders. Please initiate a return/exchange request by clicking the radio button. Additionally, you may enter a message and our customer service department will address you through our Website.
NOTE: We will gladly exchange any shirts that have manufacturing flaws or defects. Please know that we only accept unwashed, unworn items for return or exchange. Original packaging is preferred, but not required.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE
Preorders will ship at the end of May.
In stock items will ship by mid-May.
If you purchase "in stock" items along with the pre-order, they will ship at the same time as the preorder - at the end of May.
If you would like "in stock" items sooner, please place a separate order.
